This is Ian Kowalski from Edmonton, Alberta. He moves from one scammy business to the next and is always looking for the next “get rich quick” scheme. He seems a bit mentally unstable (this year he was trying to “run for Prime Minister”, another scam? Probably. Find him on Facebook under Kowalski I.j. if you want a good chuckle. AVOID this person unless you want to get roped into one of his scams or his web of lies. I hope this is a wake up call for him so he can turn his life around.
