Navin worked for me managing multiple of my retail Rogers stores. He was at the start a good employee. He later became addicted to drugs an alcohol then which led him to start stealing cash from the toll and product from the store to feed his addiction. Navin in the past has also gotten staff members to take product sell it in the field for him bring him the money and it never made it in the till. He is a addict, a theft and a con artist.
